This is one of my favorite songs. My favorite part is: Hallelujah, Thank You JESUS, Lord You’re Worthy, of All The Glory, and All The Power, And All the Praise.  As I listened to this song I had a migraine headache that had in in the fetus position in my bed. I started to listen to the words of the song. As the song played I started to pray to God and I said “Lord you healed the sick and raised the dead; you healed the blind and the crippled; people were healed from your shadow; a lady who had an issue of blood was healed just from touching the hem of you robe; I know I can be healed of these headaches and all the other issues with my body. I know that there are times in our lives that you have things to happen to us so that we can be a testimony to others, so if this that reason I won’t question you. I just thank you for everthing that you are already doing.:-)

Is there a grudge lurking in your past? Maybe someone has hurt you in such a way that the memory still lingers over the days, months, or even years. You are not the only one who has been treated unfairly at one time or another. The one and only way to get rid of the grudge, hurt, and pain is to forgive. The topic of forgiveness is one that strikes a nerve in many people. It is an emotional issue and one we all tend to avoid, mainly because of our misunderstanding of what it really means.

According to Webster’s New World Dictionary of the American Language, to forgive is to give up resentment against or the desire to punish; to stop being angry with an offender. Most people think that forgiveness is something we do for other people: that it means that we are not mad anymore and are willing to “make up” and be friends again. But what if we are still mad and do not want to be friends? What if we feel that some things do not deserve our forgiveness? Do we have to hold on to our hurts for the rest of our lives? Well, sure you could, many people do.

There are many ways that forgiveness can be handled. Some of these ways include acknowledging the anger and hurt caused by the offender, forgiving yourself, trying not to seek revenge and trying to get rid of any harmful thoughts, considering to hear what the offender may have to say, or even showing God’s love and compassion to the offender. A great way to forgive someone is to remember this poem written by an anonymous poet.

“When Jesus died upon the cross, it was for gain and not for loss. Crucified for what others had done, God gave us His only son. We are often hurt by others too, and it’s up to us on what we do. Do not hang on another day. Let God take all the hurt away. Do not be bitter but be a better soul. Do not let resentment take its toll. Satan wants you hurting for it’s his way. Free yourself from his bondage today. If you truly want to live, think of someone you must forgive. Is it parents, an ex-spouse, children, a friend? Forgive them today and the pain will end. Do not drag around a ball and chain. Rid yourself of needless pain. To be like Christ, it must be done. Isn’t it time that you forgive someone.”

Colosians 3:13, says “Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do”. The best thing to remember is that Christ forgave us of all our sins, so shouldn’t you be able to forgive someone of one or two things that someone else has done to you?

Fisher Price Doll that utters: “islam is the light” and “satan is king”

       Fisher Prices’ ‘Little mommy Real Loving Baby Cuddle & Coo Doll’ has parents all over the USA in an uproar. The parents are upset because the doll utters “islam is the light” and “satan is king” along with some cooing and babbling. A parent in Owasso, Oklahoma contacted Fisher Price to file a complaint. They just informed him that they were aware of the issue and they could refund him his money back. He told them that he did not want his money back but he wanted them to take the dolls off of the shelf. They told him they can not do that because a customer complains about it but they have to get their direction from corporate. When word got out about the doll; Fisher Price issued a statement saying:

The Little Mommy Cuddle ‘n Coo dolls feature realistic baby sounds including cooing, giggling, and baby babble with no real sentence structure. The only scripted word the doll says is “mama.”
There is a sound that may resemble something close to the word “night, right, or light.” To avoid any potential misinterpretation, we have eliminated that segment of the sound file from future production.
Because the original sound track is compressed into a file that can be played through an inexpensive toy speaker, actual sounds may be imprecise or distorted.

A month ago a friend and I went to target to put a prescription in. The wait for the prescription was about thirty minutes so we decided to walk around the store. While walking around we went to the toy section. When we passed one of the isles there were about ten dolls going off at the same time. We stopped in front of them and noticed they were the Fisher Price dolls. I picked one of them up. The first time the doll cooed, the second time it made a babbling sound and said mama, the third time the doll said “islam is the light”. I put the doll down and we went to another section. We could still hear the dolls going off while we were in the other section. We both simply said “in Jesus name” and we left. When I got home I sent out an email out to my friends and told them about the doll. I told them about the doll and my experience at the store.

            This doll is just another way to show how satan’s tactics to distract God’s people have changed. He is not attacking us the way he used to. Most importantly he is messing with our minds, but all we have to do is remember what the scripture say. No weapon that is formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
